Hurley Consulting was established in Dubai in April 2004 by Paul Hurley as an independent firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors and offers a comprehensive range of professional services to clients in the construction industry.

Initially, due to our particular clientele, our appointments were centered around specialist / heavy engineering projects such as the new Emirates Engineering Centre at Dubai International Airport for Emirates Airlines.

Since then however, our projects have diversified along with our clients resulting in our experience covering a multitude of sectors in the construction industry ranging across the Middle East and Africa.
