Hurley Consulting was appointed by the Project Architect to provide specialist cost consultancy services on these renovations which comprised MEP and Civil Works. Our services included tender evaluation and negotiations, contract documentation and supervision of the works.

Engaged by the Project Architect to provide Pre- and Post-Contract Quantity Surveying services on the development of a Ferry Terminal facility in Dubai Maritime City, these 3 Ferry Terminal, Coast Guard and Immigration buildings are unconventionally shaped to reflect boats and to illustrate the harbour's dynamics. The main Ferry Terminal building consists of a waiting hall and ticketing office on the ground floor with views over the marina and a harbour master office on the upper floor, whilst the Coast Guard and Immigration buildings house offices on both the ground and first floors.

Hurley Consulting was engaged to provide cost consultancy services for the re-urbanisation / revitalisation of various precincts / streets / squares / alleys within the Deira & Bur Dubai suburbs of Dubai, UAE - the Works proposed for this project ranged from relatively simple landscaping or smartening-up of an area, to full pedestrianising existing roads, facelifts of existing buildings' facades and demolishing & rebuilding existing buildings.

Appointed by Contractor to provide specialist contracts administration services in connection with their claims for extensions of time with costs.

Commissioned by UAE Royalty, this project comprises the design and renovation of an existing Private Majlis. Hurley Consulting was engaged to provide full Pre- and Post-Contract Quantity Surveying services.
