Development of a 48 storey (2B+G+M+6P+37+R) high rise tower in the harbour residences district of Dubai Maritime City. Totalling 115,640m2 in area, it comprises majority office space with retail areas at waterfront level. Hurley Consulting was appointed as Project Quantity Surveyor for provision of full Pre- and Post-contract cost management services on this project.

Appointed to undertake a Peer Review of two concept design submittals for a proposed New Head Quarters building for Nawras (telecoms provider) in Knowledge Oasis Muscat. The review analysed all aspects of a project's progression from master-planning and concept design through to construction and operation. Various points such as floor plate efficiencies, possible future expansion, and 'residual values' of the building(s) after its proposed 25 year life span were also highlighted.

Development of a Multi-storey, shell & core office building in Muscat with 11,660m2 built-up area. Hurley Consulting was appointed as Project Quantity Surveyor for provision of full Pre- and Post-Contract cost consultancy services.

A 21 storey (2B+G+P+17) building with retail areas at ground floor / podium level and shell & core offices above in Dubai. Hurley Consulting was appointed by the Project Architect for provision of Tender Bills of Quantities.
