Hurley Consulting was engaged by a number of tendering joint-venture contractors to provide a comprehensive quantity verification and review of the structural and architectural scope of works, which included a detailed comparison against the issued tender bills of quantities.

The verification and review service was completed in accordance with the project preambles, drawings and specifications, as well as reviewing, tracking and incorporating all tender addendums issued during the tender period. The service was undertaken and completed during the 4 month tender period.

Cleveland Clinic will be an integrated clinic-hospital design which will serve both local and international patients in an environment that combines excellent amenities with world-class medical care. A central plaza water pool will act as the focus of the development that underpins the main parts of the building which are broken into basic forms that include the main hospital, clinic and wellness, the gallery and the administrative tower.
