Pier 8 is a 47-storey tower situated in the heart of the Dubai Marina - the city's major cosmopolitan waterfront development. The 170m high-rise building comprises a mix of studio, one, two, and three bedroom hotel-serviced apartments to be managed by Radisson SAS Hotels. The 48,000 m2 development also contains a male & female gym, spa and health club, with retail areas, cafes and restaurants situated along the waterfront. Our services involved Post-Contract cost control & reporting, management of variations, payments, claims, and final accounting.

Engaged to provide Pre- and Post-Contract QS services on this the 3rd hotel development by the Middle East's first environmentally-friendly budget brand, the hotel is strategically located in close proximity to Muscat International Airport. ECOS Hotels are designed and constructed with the environment in mind and as such provide an innovative sector of tourism to an ever growing market. This exclusive resort includes the design and construction of a 60 key 5 Star hotel resort with Reception building, 15 Hotel suite blocks, 2 Polo Fields, a Practice Field, Tennis Courts, a Clubhouse an Equestrian centre and 92 Villas. Hurley Consulting was appointed to provide Quantity Surveying services for Scheme Design Stage.

Hurley Consulting was engaged to provide Pre- and Post-Contract quantity surveying services on the design and construction of a low-rise (G+4+R), terraced 5 star hotel & beach resort of 171 keys, located in the north of Khorfakkan in a secluded bay with private beach- totalling approx 34,400m2 GFA.

The project includes the design & construction of a 5 Star hotel with 60 guestrooms in phase 1 and 50 guestrooms in phase 2, both with their own courtyards, sikkas and communal areas. The hotel also has its own hammam. In addition to this, four Royal Villas and three VIP villas are located on the periphery of the resort village for enhanced privacy whilst still maintaining close links to the hotel. There is an additional staff village clustered 1.5Km from the resort village, comprising a Falconry centre and its own staff & administration accommodation, garage, and labour camp. Hurley Consulting has been engaged to provide Pre- and Post-Contract consultancy services.

Appointed to provide Concept Design stage cost planning services, this exclusive 5 Star Saharan-Style Desert Resort is made up of 3 zones with Zone-1 comprising the 11,000m2 Main Block of the 5 Star Desert Resort; Zone-2 a 5,000m2 Entertainment & Recreation Facility; and Zone-3 a 10,000m2 Residential Zone of VIP Villas and Cottages.
