Appointed to provide Cost Consultancy services on this development consisting of 300 villas located in Dubai Waterfront - totalling approx 60,500m2 GFA.

Hurley Consulting were appointed to provide Pre- and Post-Contract Quantity Surveying services on the construction of staff facilities at Dubai World Central. These mainly comprised low-rise accommodation blocks with associated buildings and infrastructure totalling circa 750,000m2 in built-up area.

This private residential development with over 3,000 m2 of internal floor area along with landscaping, infrastructure and associated outbuildings will boast some of the countries greenest design credentials. As quantity surveyor on this project one of our main challenges was to achieve a level of sustainability and green certification within budget. One of the unique features of this development was the clients desire to be environmentally conscious which lead to the introduction of solar power generation as well as the recycling of grey (waste) water.

Our services commenced at pre-concept stage and extended throughout all design phases, including value engineering and life cycle costing, through to tender and contract award. The approximate budget for this project was AED 30 million.

Appointed by Client to provide Cost Monitoring & General Construction Supervision services on the construction of this high-end luxury villa at Emirates Hills Golf Club in Dubai.

Located close to the beaches of Jumeirah and with ease of access to some of the world's most luxurious hotels, Acacia Avenues is a commitment to quality. The post-contract supervision service provided also included the provision of close cost monitoring and control procedures, and pro-actively reporting on construction costs to the client.

The project was designed as a gated community, with an investment value of USD 550 million, it is reminiscent of some of the best real estate in the world and will deliver a distinctive and luxurious lifestyle with contemporary, yet feature-filled sky villas, villas and apartments, gardens and extensive leisure facilities. This is just one of many high-end residential projects that Hurley Consulting has undertaken in the Middle East.

Hurley Consulting were appointed at the post-contract stage of this project to provide cost management services including assessing contractors' payment applications and the processing of variations during the contract.

Sanctuary Falls is an exclusive residential development within the Jumeirah Golf Estates master plan and comprises over 100 villas, each with fully landscaped gardens. Three external façade themes cover over 10 internal designs ranging from approx 300 m2 up to 700 m2 of internal floor space.

Our services on this project include cost planning, feasibility studies, value engineering, procurement methodology and tendering.

Saraya Bandar Jissah is an exclusive development situated 15 km south of Muscat, the capital of Oman. Nestled in a valley which opens onto a secluded beach and surrounded by spectacular mountains, Saraya Bandar Jissah will be built on 2.4 million square meters of land.

Our services commenced at feasibility stage and we are responsible for all the pre and post contract cost management services.

Development of a 56 storey (B+G+M+6P+46+R) high rise tower in the harbour residences district of Dubai Maritime City. totalling 119,700m2 in area, it comprises a mix of one, two and 3 bedroom apartments with retail areas at waterfront level. Hurley Consulting was appointed as Project Quantity Surveyor for provision of full Pre- and Post-contract cost management services on this project.

Iris mist is located in the harbour residences district of Dubai Maritime City. It is a 58 storey residential tower with retail shops and offices located on the lower levels. This development has magnificent harbour views, close proximity to the sea and easy access to the waterfront promenade. The combination of a peaceful home environment and accessibility to work and retail settings gives investors and developers the opportunity to create a unique, residential community. The residential tower is a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroomed apartments with top of the range fittings and finishes. The project is aimed at achieving a silver LEED accreditation.

Our services have commenced at concept stage and will be extended through the detailed design to tender and contract award. Thereafter post-contract services will follow.

Commissioned by UAE Royalty, this private property comprises a multi-storey Villa with basement car park, servants quarters, private spa, Majlis & tennis court complex, swimming pool & building, and large-scale externals works - all totalling approx 5,500m2 GFA. Hurley Consulting was engaged as Project Quantity Surveyor to provide full Pre- and Post-Contract services.

A 14 storey (2B+G+P+10) building in Dubai with retail areas at ground floor / podium level and a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments above. Hurley Consulting was appointed by the Project Architect for provision of Tender Bills of Quantities.
