Appointed by Contractor to undertake variations and claims administration services in connection with their Finishes Works for this project.

Appointed by the Client for provision of Post-Contract Cost Management of the renovation of existing offices, and Mock-ups at their Sales Centre building at Palm Jumeirah.

Design and construction of a new fish, meat and vegetable market facility with adjoining service building. Hurley Consulting was appointed as Project QS to provide full Pre- and Post-Contract consultancy services.

Development of a new 4 storey (B+G+M+R) Motor Showroom with workshop and multi-storey car park in Sharjah with approx total GFA of 55,000m2. Hurley Consulting was engaged to provide Pre- and Post-Contract Quantity Surveying services on this project.
