Appointed as Project Quantity Surveyor on the design & construction of a new Club House at Sharjah Golf Club with GFA of 2,000m2 approx.

Another VIP Commission, this super-luxury Spa comprises a reception, changing / dressing rooms, massage rooms, steam & sauna rooms, plus an indoor / outdoor swimming pool as well as secluded gardens - totalling approx 4,300m2 GFA. Hurley Consulting was appointed to provide Pre-Contract Quantity Surveying consultancy services.

Commissioned by UAE Royalty, this development of a secluded Hunting Lodge Retreat consists of a Reception Building, 2 VIP Guest Lodges, 4 Typical Guest Lodges, with external works - totalling approx 3,600m2 GFA. Hurley Consulting was engaged as Project Quantity Surveyor to provide full Pre- and Post-Contract consultancy services on this project.
